Several volunteers from BFL picked corn provided by one of our local farmers, Ray Rilee. Although it was a pretty hot day, we managed to pick about 1,000 lbs of delicious sweet corn. We will be distributing it next week along with 700 lbs of summer squash and zucchini which were donated by another farm.
